Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement this week continued on the Spring theme on feeing more energised and alert. We worked on twisting and stretching exercises. We also completed strengthening exercises for our core. Everyone is developing their flexibility and strength. Breathing exercises and the butterfly relaxation activity left everyone feeling chilled and calm. We finished with a Spring drawing activity and all pupils promised to do some Spring cleaning in their room this week!
