Friends for Life session

Today P5-7 were trying some relaxation techniques. We tried deep breathing, in through our noses and out through our mouths. We can use this when we feel worried or stressed. We used our senses to refocus us and be aware of "the moment". We went outside and had a go at "bubble breathing". With each out breath, we breathed out our worries. It was lovely to watch our worries float away on the wind.
