St. Joseph's PS were delighted to receive a surprise present this week from Caledon Estates ...

A lovely big box of apples were delivered for us to enjoy, picked from the Caledon Estates orchards.

We had to put our thinking caps on to decide what lovely dish we'd make and we decided to make apple sponge!

Everyone loved making and eating apple sponge! What a lovely treat! Many thanks to Caledon Estates for the very kind gift.
